Please read them carefully. ⸻ General Conditions • By using this site, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or territory. • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. • You agree not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose. ⸻ Products & Services Jess Measor Art offers original artworks, prints, workshops, and hire services. • All descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice. • We take care to display artworks accurately, however colours may vary slightly due to screen differences. • All artworks remain the intellectual property of Jess Measor unless otherwise stated. ⸻ Pricing & Payments • All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated. • Payments are processed securely through Shopify and third-party payment providers. • Orders will not be processed until payment has been received in full. ⸻ Shipping • Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. • Jess Measor Art is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once an order has been dispatched. • Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been shipped. ⸻ Returns & Refunds Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy and the Australian Consumer Law. Please refer to the Returns & Refunds Policy for full details. ⸻ Workshops & Events • Workshop bookings are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. • Bookings may be transferred to another person or future session, subject to availability. • Jess Measor Art reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a refund or credit will be offered. ⸻ Hire Kits & Equipment • Hire items must be returned in the condition they were provided. • Customers are responsible for loss or damage during the hire period. • Additional charges may apply for repairs, replacement, or excessive cleaning. ⸻ Intellectual Property All content on this website, including artworks, images, text, logos, and designs, is the property of Jess Measor Art and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission. ⸻ Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jess Measor Art shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website, products, or services.
