Returns & Refunds Policy Jess Measor Art We want you to feel confident purchasing from Jess Measor Art. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order. Original Art & Prints • All original artworks and limited edition prints are carefully inspected before dispatch. • Due to the nature of original art, change of mind returns are not accepted. • If your artwork arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the damage. • If damage is confirmed, we will offer a replacement (where available) or a refund, including return postage where applicable. Prints & Products • Prints and physical products must be returned unused and in original condition. • Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. • Refunds will be processed once the item has been received and inspected. Workshops & Events • Workshop bookings are non-refundable, as places are limited. • If you are unable to attend, you may: • Transfer your booking to another person, or • Request to move to a future workshop (subject to availability). • If Jess Measor Art needs to cancel a workshop, you will be offered a full refund or credit. Hire Kits & Equipment • Hire items must be returned in the condition they were provided. • Any damage, loss, or excessive cleaning required may result in additional charges. • Hire fees are non-refundable once the booking period has commenced. Refund Processing • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. • Please allow 5–10 business days for refunds to appear, depending on your bank or provider.
