Shipping and Returns
Due to the current COVID-19 pandemic, Jess Measor Art cannot offer that parcels be signed for. The recommendation by our couriers and post are that the item be left in a safe place. Please leave a note at check out to determine where you would like your parcel left. Without a note, all parcels will default to be "left by the front door". If you live in an apartment, and no note is left, we will advise that you be carded and you will either need to collect or arrange a redelivery. This is the safest option. If you have not left a note during checkout we CAN NOT guarantee that the parcel will be left in a desirable place and do not hold any responsibility once your items have been completed as DELIVERED. We appreciate your help for both ours and our couriers/posties who are keeping us all going.

SHIPPING
All orders are posted via Australia Post at a flare rate of $15 from Melbourne, Australia. We endeavor to ship within 5 business days, however if you require a specific shipping date, please get in touch with us.
Delivery times will vary based on your location. For all domestic metro orders please allow one week for delivery. Regional areas may take up to 2 weeks. Shipping times are merely a guideline and in most cases your order will arrive sooner.
We are not responsible for delays in shipping times due to postage service delays or any other delays that stem directly from circumstances out of our control. We are not liable for any issues that may occur after your order has left our premises and is in the possession of Australia Post. We will happily help if you are experiencing any issues with your parcel through Australia Post.
Please note that if an item is listed as PRE ORDER it will not ship until after the specified arrival date. If you have ordered any other items with a PRE ORDER item, they too will only be shipped once the PRE ORDER item/s have arrived. If you require split delivery, please create two separate orders, one for PRE ORDERS and one for the items in stock.
RETURNS
We are sure you’ll love your art, however if for any reason you don’t, please see below for our returns policy. I DO NOT accept returns on commissions.
All full priced unused products may be returned for a full refund if ALL of the following conditions are met:
The returned product is received back to Jess Measor Art within 14 days from the date of original shipment.

If the above conditions are met, please use the following instructions when returning your product:
Contact - jess.measor.art@outlook.com.au to request a return, explaining the reason. Please also include your order number.
Once a return has been authorized, the product should be sent in its original packaging to the address listed during email correspondence, within 7 days of authorization. We suggest using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for any goods lost in transit.

Once we have received your return parcel and it proves to be in the original and unused condition, we will happily process your refund.
Please note that we will not refund return shipping costs, or original shipping costs, they are to be paid by you. However, if you pay via PayPal, PayPal do offer return shipping refunds (see their website for full details, this service is NOT offered by us, and we have no further information regarding it). We recommend all returns be sent via tracked postage as we are not responsible for items lost or undelivered.
SALE OR DISCOUNTED ITEMS
Please note we DO NOT offer refunds for any items that are on sale or have a discount applied, including ANY discount codes used, special promotions and free shipping events. We do not exchange but will issue a credit for the amount of your item/s less shipping costs, which will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.
RETURN POSTAGE
Return postage will be at a cost to you the customer, we will not offer any refund or credit towards postage cost to return any items
DOWNLOADABLE CONTENT
Due to the nature of digital downloads, these are non refundable. Please read the item carefully before making a purchase.
